We will send our 5x7" and A4 prints in a boardbacked envelope and our larger A3 prints will usually go out in a postal tube for better protection.
A3 Prints in postal tubes can curl slightly, so when you receive your print just lay it flat under some books for a couple of hours to straighten it out.
